By selecting the type of PayPal payment, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you will log in using your email address and password and conclude the payment. Your financial data will not be shared with Casa Emma but it will be managed directly by PayPal. In case of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by RETALCO srl, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. Casa Emma will not be liable for delays and / or damage caused during repayment.
Cost of Transportation
The cost of transport will be calculated by the system on the base of the number and destination of the ordered items.
The delivery times of the ordered goods can vary depending on the order placed. The times indicated for the delivery terms are merely indicative and are in no way binding for the Azienda Agricola Casa Emma.
Casa Emma uses the affiliated carriers / carriers that offer the best service / cost ratio for the destination concerned: this allows us to offer customers the best combination of shipping service and costs.
When the goods are delivered, the customer is required to check:
– the number of packages delivered corresponding to what is indicated in the transport document – that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes In case of tampering and / or breakages the customer must immediately challenge the shipment and / or delivery by entering the word “RESERVE OF CONTROL GOODS FOR … ..” (indicating the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier or another operator. The customer will subsequently report any damage within 3 days of receipt of goods in the manner provided by the operator who made the shipment.
If the shipment of the order is returned to Azienda Agricola Casa Emma di Lepri Fiorella by the courier / carrier for incorrect address provided by the customer, or for termination in the warehouses of the courier / carrier, or for any other reason attributable to the negligence of the customer, a new shipment will be possible upon advance payment of the same through a link that will be provided at the time to the customer, or alternatively by bank transfer or Paypal.
In no case it will be possible to make deliveries by appointment, at scheduled times or days.
Verification of the status of shipments

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is regulated in accordance with the law and the customer-consumer (ie a physical person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a reference VAT number ) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must send to Casa Emma a communication by registered letter within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Note: Customers who purchase with VAT number can not exercise the right of withdrawal.
Modality of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.). The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; Casa Emma is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of returned goods.
Return the goods
The product must be returned to Azienda Agricola Casa Emma within 14 days together with the authorization form received. Without prejudice to any restoration costs for damages established to the original packaging, Casa Emma will reimburse the customer the full amount already paid for the product, within 14 days from the return of the goods, via a transfer of the amount charged.
Loss of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is lost, due to lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents),the lack of external packaging and / or the original internal packaging
– The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, …) – Damage to the product for reasons other than transport.
In the cases mentioned above, Azienda Agricola Casa Emma will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the same to the shipping costs. The customers who purchase with VAT number can not exercise the right of withdrawal.
